Delivery Information

Most orders over £100+vat will receive free next day delivery.

Most orders under £100+vat will result in a £5.95 charge.

Please Note:

• Delivery charges are calculated during the checkout process.
• Some bulky / multi-parcel orders may incur a delivery surcharge, such as pallet deliveries.
  If a surcharge is required, we will contact you after you have placed your order.
• Free delivery only applies to Zone A & B locations. Zones C + D will incur a fee.
• Free standard delivery is only available on online orders which are less than one standard UK Pallet size (1200 x 1000mm). If it is over this size, you will be contacted with a delivery price.

Saturday deliveries are available and will incure extra delivery charges.

Order before 3.00pm on Friday.

All locally stocked items are available for click and collect at our Trade Counter.

Click and collect is free of charge and available Monday to Friday 9:00am to 4:00pm

Please Note:

• Our items will be picked and ready for collection within 90 minutes after the order is placed.
• If it's your first order with Frasar Direct, you may be asked to provide ID upon collection.
• This service is only available for locally stocked items.
