What are your delivery charges?

over £50.00+VAT is free next day delivery. Orders under £50.00+VAT will result in a £7.95 charge.

What is the latest time I can order to receive next day delivery?

Orders must be placed by 3.00pm.

Can I request for Saturday delivery?

Saturday deliveries are available but will incur extra delivery charges.

Can I track my parcel?

If sent by Fedex you will receive an email and by our local delivery vehicle please call customer services on 0113 2853737.

What happens if no one is in to receive the delivery?

All delivered parcels require a signature from the recipient.

Why does my packaging look different to the items I ordered?

To reduce costs we reuse and recycle outer packaging.

What is your return policy?

You can return it to us within 14 days.

Are your products for use in the UK only?

All our products are UK specification products.

Which couriers do you use?

Most of our parcels are delivered via DHL, Royal Mail and FedEx.

What do I do if my order is missing an item?

Orders may be split over a few deliveries subject to availability and stock location. If you are missing an item please contact sales and support so we can investigate further.
