1. Returns Eligibility: We offer a 30-day returns policy from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be in a new and unused condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. We must receive the item(s) back within the 30 day period for the refund to be eligible. Items that have been used or damaged will be considered not resalable, and we reserve the right to refuse the return on that basis.
2. Return Process: To initiate a return, fill out our returns form and send this back with your item(s) to the address listed below. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for lost returns if the item is being sent by yourself, so we recommend using a tracked shipping method.

3. Faulty Items or Errors: If the item you received is faulty or if an error occurred on our part, we apologize for the inconvenience. In such cases, we will cover the cost of the return shipping and arrange for a collection at a time convenient for you. Please contact our customer service team immediately, providing details of the issue, and we will assist you in resolving the problem promptly.
4. Return Shipping Costs: For returns that are not due to our error, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. However, if the return is a result of our mistake, we will cover the return shipping costs. Our team will provide you with a prepaid shipping label or arrange for a courier to collect the item from your location.
5. Return Refunds: Once we receive the returned item and confirm that it meets our eligibility criteria, we will process the refund within 14 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
6. Exchanges: Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item separately.
7. Damaged Packages: If you receive a package that appears to be damaged during transit, please notify our customer service team immediately. We may require photographic evidence of the damaged packaging and contents to assist with the claims process.
