How do I claim my refund?

Once we receive the returned item and confirm that it meets our eligibility criteria, we will process the refund within 14 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
